Prepare the Package
Securely pack the bicycle or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, tools, and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
